The room was very nice and quiet even though our room was close to the elevator. It was very safe with keys to operate elevators up required. Also the beds were wonderful and the pillows awesome! My wife actually took a picture of the pillows to see about getting some for home. They were a little pricey for our home, but shows the quality of the hotel.

The hotel couldnt figure out how to add my added night on expedia to my 4 night stay. (Total 5 in a row). I went to lunch at my convention and i was locked out of my room with my stuff in it. A friend helped me, as my card had an issue. In fact she and my mother. Got my keys and went out to dinner. Came back to again being locked out of my room and needing them to reprogram my keys! I was 36 hour train ride away from home traveling alone qs a woman. To top it off.. someone had been in my room during the last lock out. Because the tv was on. And then went to take a shower before i left for 36 hour train ride home at 6 .q.m. qnd had NO hot water to shower!! Guy at the desk during check out gavr me hard time about the final room being paid. It was paid for during the lunch lock out!! And top it off.. i asked for some kind of accommodation for all the inconveniences and they sent me an email with 500 points.. whats that $4!! What a headache

Had extreme trouble with check in. And the last morning, there was NO hot water to shower before my 36 hour train home at 6 a.m. I was there 5 nights! One night(end of trip) was added later. The staff couldnt seem to understand the check in/out between the bookings!! I was a woman traveling alone. Was there for a 4 day event that i paid ALOT of money to attend. When i left for quick lunch between sessions. I was locked out of my room with all my luggage/medication and items. 36 hour's from home. I had an emergency situation with my bank account and could not put the incidental hold on my credit card. My mom tried and was a run around! Was told they couldnt do it over the phone!! In the end.. a sweet lady whom was at rhe event used her card for charge and prepaid the room. Then went to dinner and came back to being locked out of my room again and when i got the new keys.. someone had been in my room because the TV was on. Then the morning i left NO HoT water!! And they still gave me trouble checking out thinking i didnt pay. When they clearly were paid!! While the property is pretty the check in and out is a nightmare!! Feeling stranded so far away from home!!
