Initially we had room 1102 the night stand drawer was damaged and would not close properly, the closet door was off the hinges and on the floor the carpet was burned with an iron and the computer chair was wet and saturated as if someone spilled something in it leaving my daughters pants wet when she attempted to sit down in the chair. Which I did not get photographs of because the stain was on her backside area. We were then moved to room 1113 the bath tub was leaking and had to be forcibly turned off and continued to drip water. After finally getting settled in our room we headed to the Pool and it was closed at 6:30pm although it is not scheduled to close until 9pm . I was really disappointed being one of the main reason for choosing this Hotel was based on the indoor pool.

Nice but smelt

It smelt like weed everywhere, not something we enjoyed much at all. Parking was sketchy and they have had a lot of vandalism and told us to not leave valuables in the car.

There were fights, police, all night pool closed early due to how dirty it was running in the halls gun treats it was supposed to be a vacation in the same city with my two daughters and their two friends. But it was very very chaotic and the food was gone. It didn't last. It wasn't really as good as I've had it there before. So I just don't know you just was not a good stay this time

Late Valentines Date getaway

It was a late Valentines date with me love. She was very surprised at it everything. The only issues was the television in the bedroom didn't work. But for us it was ok, because we don't do alot of television watching. The room was nice and clean, and well put together. Breakfast was nice and hot. We enjoyed out stay.

Disappointed

Overall condition of the hotel was sub par. The whole hotel is very outdated and, in some places, falling into disrepair. The whole hotel needs to be renovated. The carpets in the room were dirty and felt like they hadnt been shampooed in years. The bathroom in the room was small and dirty as well. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel and the dining area was small & dirty. And the oven was broken so a lot of the menu was unavailable. The breakfast area was also dirty and the tables & chairs were damaged and old. The breakfast food was ok, but not as good compared to other Embassy Suites that we've stayed at. We dont plan on visiting this hotel again.

New Orleans Road Trip

Have never stayed in an Embassy Suites and to be honest, with the weather soo cold while we were there the atrium is really nice to enjoy! Room suite was good sized, small fridge, small microwave. very large bedroom area and comfortable bed. We were traveling with our dog so the extra space helped. of all the places we have been so far, their breakfast is still the best :)) They also provide complimentary drink tickets for their evening HH,was a nice way to get out of your room for a bit. overall I'd stay here again.

Everytime I've stayed here the pool gets shut down from kids horse playing...hot tub always full of unattended kids ...I haven't been able to use the pool or hot tub every time I'm here if it wasn't for that it would be great but kids seems to run around here unattended and causing issues every time I'm here definitely not coming back

TLC needed

Staff was awesome, all around. Room 1103 needs a little TLC black mold on the ceiling and my daughter tripped on the carpet, which is very worn. Stains on all furniture and the bathroom fan doesn’t work.
