Room was rund down, but motel is in the middle of a renovation. There is a $20 fee to pay in their parking lot that is not secure. There was an issue with homeless coming in motel. The breakfast wasnt open on time. Absolutely not sound proof. I can tell you the conversation the neighboring room was having about what movie to wat h.

Staff was courteous but we could not inform them of our broken heating/cooling unit. They hung up on us when we called the desk, saying they were too busy to take our call and to please call back later. We simply had to put a towel on the floor to absorb the water that the unit was emitting.

The staff was amazing! A young lady named Nana checked me in, seeing I was on crutches, she cared my bags from the car to my room and got everything put away. When I left I was shown the same hospitality by them coming to my room and carrying them to the car.

Room on pool level / facing parking and street car line. Too bright (outside parking lights) too loud. Good bedding. 2 queen beds room but obviously roomy enough for that configuration Parking price ok / free parking on street. Breakfast ok. Location ok if you have a car.
