Tried to check in to our room and was told no, we can't because the internet is down. I did the online check in and that was not good enough because I booked through Expedia. We asked if we would be able to check in that evening and were told they can't guarantee it. I asked for a refund so we could book another hotel and were told we need to ask Expedia. Expedia refunded the amount even though the hotel did not refund our money. The management was very unprofessionalessional.She told me they were not able to call us if a room was ready because their phones were down all while she was on her phone! What an awful experience. Went to Hampton Inn nearby and had a great stay there. Luckily we found that place last minute or we might not have had a room that night. The worst part is that they cancel out our reservation for four nights and rented out the room. So basically they were double charging both us and whoever ultimately booked the room. Went to the website for the Belton Fairfield and there is no way to contact the customer service as well.The only heroes in this story are Expedia and The Hampton Inn who made some room at the Inn.
