Staff was friendly, helpful. Room was clean and satisfactory. The first room we were in had a faulty wardrobe. It fell over onto my partner. We had a difficult time getting it to stand upright and be stable. We finally got it to sit still but when I called the front desk, their first comment was “we’ll give you a room upgrade.” No one asked if either of us was injured. The shelf also fell out on my partner and the safe fell on his feet. It concerned me that no one seemed concerned about our well-being. When I was telling my son, who is an attorney, about it, he said there should have been more concern shown for our safety.

The room was mostly clean - there were Bobby pins in the floor which was strange. My 2 chief complaints are that there are no curtains that aren’t sheer. The city lights were very bright overnight. The other complaint is that the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. Otherwise, the stay was standard.

The rooms are very dark, the wall are incredibly thin. My child got to experience things a child should not have to listen to all night long. Housekeeping was knocking on doors at 6:45 in the morning, waking everyone up not only in the room you were in but in every room on the floor. There are better options in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was incredible. I have to say when they mentioned breakfast was available I assumed it would be your typical frozen eggs heated but Kevin was amazing. You can taste the hospitality on the food. Megan the GM was amazing as well. I ended up staying here for new years and both Kevin and Megan made it feel like home!
