very friendly service with night shift person who worked on 6/1/25 and 6/2/25. He even gave great recommendations for food in the area. Minskys Pizza is awesome. He deserves a raise!

Breakfast was good. Had a range of choices. Pool was closed, so no swimming. Refrigerator was unplugged on arrival so our food went bad. Toilet wasnt properly installed so it shook back and forth badly. Staff was nice, and check in was easy.

No one is doing maintenance. Room smelled like wet dog. Tile in bathroom cracked and broken, mini fridge door had large rust spots on bottom. Unpainted trim, furniture looked distressed but was just abused. Carpet in hall looked dingy. This area is not the best. First and last stay here. Do yourself a favor look for a room in Overland Park.
