We booked this hotel in order to stay close to Crossroads for a concert. Upon check-in we discovered there was no soap in the room. I asked the front desk and they said they were out of stock. Phone signal was low so we jumped on the WI-FI. It connected but said no internet and wouldn’t allow us access to the web. After the concert we returned to the room, we discovered a mouse running around the room. At this point we checked out and got the heck out of there at midnight. Drug addicts were also around the hotel area on Broadway. This was all unacceptable. We were able to get a full refund from the hotel after about 10 days.

The pictures of this building is very misleading. This property is in below average condition. The elevator looks to be from the 1950s. My room had an unusual smell to it; the window ac unit was loud and didn’t cool the room (felt very humid); you can hear people from across the hall. Just overall very disappointed with this hotel. And the hotel is in midtown, which is still under development, some areas look sketchy.

The gal who checked us in was friendly. Carpet in halls coming up at seams and dirty. Elevator old and janky. Room smelled musty. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfy. Breakfast options decent, but ran out early. Shower had no water on the day we were leaving. Hotel unable to get it fixed. For the price we paid, I expected more from Comfort Inn

The hotel front desk staff member was very kind and helpful, checking in was a breeze! The hotel is strategically located for business and visiting attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fair and was good. Overall, I would stay here again.

I booked this as we were going to go to concert down the street. I saw the pictures, I knew it wasn’t the nicest hotel but for what we were needing it for, I thought it would be okay! I was wrong. The pictures are NOT this hotel. It is in an unsafe part of town, the air conditioning was not working and when we went to our room, the door was propped open. When we went in, we shut the door and it said “for your safety, keep deadbolt locked at all times”. Yikes. No more than 2 minutes later someone tried to come in our room. Forgot to mention I could see the hallway as our door was not properly fitted. That was the end of that, we stayed for maybe 8 minutes and we left. Be very aware IF you take the chance to stay here. Seriously.

There was hair on both beds when we arrived. How? Our view out of the window was a parking garage. Not their fault. Arrived on Friday, left on Sunday. Sunday morning the shower didn't work

My Hospital Trip

I was having surgery the next morning, and the hotel was less than 10 minutes away from the hospital. Check in went smoothly. The room was on the ground floor and not far from the lobby, which was very convenient since I have trouble walking, and use a walker. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was set up for my disability. My sister was able to have a nice breakfast before taking me to the hospital.

Meh... OK for a quick overnight

We had a lot of trouble with the wi-fi during our stay. It was also very loud overnight, with lots of slamming doors and such. We left before breakfast just to get out of there.
