Staff were understanding and kind! The check in process is a little all over the place. There’s tons of information that needs to be made CLEAR. When I’ve stayed at hotels in the past, I’ve paid my full balance and that was it. The deposit should be taken when they process room charges.

Checked in and did not realize there would be a 100$ hold to check in..that was in the fine print that I did not see... Then they have a perfume baby powder scent that is almost overwhelming through the entire hotel that immediately gave me a bad headache. My daughter cut her foot on a tile in the pool. Also as soon as we got in our room we were greeted by a ladder that was left in our room by maintenance
