The place was old and dingy. The rooms were old and looked unclean. Some of the dirt looked like it would not come off due to the age of the appliances. There was a big roach on the wall. There were people hanging out in cars in the parking lot doing various things, and this was around midnight. I left after I inspected the room and realized that I could not sleep there.
Never got to check in, they had over booked . Then i had to set on the phone for 2 hours while they tryed to fine me a room . Which i wasnt able to get til the next day! Was a terrible experience! I was also told they would refund me $50 for the inconvenience and extremely long wait on the telephone. Still have not received the refund.
The room was not clean and the walls and nightstand drawer were downright filthy. There were bugs, dead and alive, and the bathroom door didn't have a handle, just a hole where one should be. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights. We ended up staying about 10 minutes before deciding the state of the room was too bad. It's been almost a month and they have not given us a refund. Hotels.com told me they pursued one on our behalf multiple times, but that Extended Stay appeared to be unwilling. We are not talking a refund of just 1 night, but of 5 nights, so it is a significant chunk of money. It's very unfair that they're holding onto it when we didnt even stay due to unsatisfactory conditions. I waited this long to write a review because I had no desire to hurt their business if they made things right and I wanted to give them a chance to do so. But they have not.
people staying around us were respectful .
however the rooms & property was disgusting , infested with roaches and gnats . i couldn’t even take a bite of my food without being swarmed by gnats . roaches was coming out from the pictures behind the bed frames , overall the cleanliness of this place is 0/10. front desk staff was nice and respectful but there was hardly ever anybody in the front office .
The refrigerator in my room was rusted from top to bottom how can they even rent such a room to someone.
I couldn't spend one more night there
I was trying to check out I couldn't find anyone on the desk.
I need a refund for 2 days which I am probably not going to get
The other place I went was perfect.
Smelled dirty, dust bunnies rolling down the hallways, and we saw 8 roaches upon entering the room. We turned right back around and left. Did not stay. This hotel should not even be open for business.

They do not call if ALL the rooms are booked so guest can make other accommodations. Please be careful. The location on 105th was at least kind enough to call us to let us know. They also have a locked door so you can’t get into the lobby and it has a grossly sticky phone and the doorway area smells.
First off they pushed my booking time back from 3 to 4:30 second the tv didint work ..the water was luke warm at best ..oh and to top it all off Roaches ..this place sucks ..i will never go back and now because i checked out after 6pm same day i have to wait 7-10 days for my refund ..do t book with this motel ever
It was very peaceful and quiet and the staff wzs very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The omly thing i didn't like was there was no cofee in the morning. Other than that it was excellent
This place is disgusting. Roaches crawling all over the room. Giant plastic bags on the mattress but only a thin fitted sheet on it. No amenities. The tub may have been clean but was so old I thought it may be rotted. I slept with the lights on. In my mom’s room the fridge door didn’t close and roaches were just crawling all over it. The front desk person was nice but closed up after we left. I regret not reading the reviews but there is an Extended Stay in my mom’s town and it is super nice so I thought this would be the same. DO NOT STAY HERE!
The elevator was broken, cockroaches all over the room took video of this room. It would not pass any kind of city inspection.
I called orbits they literally kept me on the phone for an hour and a half trying to cancel then find me another room. Every time the orbits guy said he was looking he would put me on hold for 20 minutes. The second time he did he picked up I asked him not to leave me on hold that long. It was now 12:30am and he put me on hold again to find a room 25 minutes went by. Then he picked up. I could hear him then he hung up. We ended up sleeping in our car in the parking lot. The guy from orbits said he was going to give me a 125 credit. But that did not happen either. I sent in pictures and video of this room and you guys called and verified their elevator was broken and the room they gave us was on the fourth floor. I underwent heart surgery so walking up 4 flights of stairs was hard when I saw the room I came down to complain they didn’t care. And apparently neither did your Orbitz folks.
