AC didn’t work, butler service (Francisco) & the staff is terrible. Very unorganized, took an hour to check in, they wanted to upsell everything, it was definitely not an All Inclusive resort. Beware of the “$600 USD” resort credit, once you get there they will give you a coupon book instead to use on wine, cake, etc. Things that should be included as a all inclusive resort.

This was our second time coming to TRS over a two year period. As expected, the service was top notch, food was amazing and the shows where a ton of fun! What I dont like from this second time vs the first time is they have removed so much of the benefits of being a TRS member and monetizated it. All the extras from the first time that came standard were removed and I had to pay even more separately than the top dollar I spent to come to TRS in the first place. What we lost, hard liqour selection in room, 25% of all seating at the infinity pool, less transportation, less special treatments because its all about PTC membership now, meat cuts I had for free last time this time I have to pay extra to have like lobster, steak cuts. Also, the coupon book has been completely trimmed down compared to the first time. To be clear it is a amazing hotel if your looking for relaxation, amazing food and top service from the staff to make your stay special but, the standard "luxury privileges" of being TRS have diminnished to what it used to be before. Lastly, SHAME ON THE PHOTOGRAPH PEOPLE! WHAT YOU CHARGE IS ABSOLUTELY ROBBERY AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS. Your prices have doubled over 2 years and charging $17 per unedited digital copy is absolutely disgusting.

Came here for an anniversary celebration and really enjoyed it. The resort is huge with lots of options for entertainment. We were surprised that there were children at certain parts of the resort, but it because it’s connected to the family section. TRS is the adults only section where it’s more relaxed and quiet. The family sections are more lively with shows, music, and people. I liked the convenience of their app allowing me to book dinner reservations, view the map, and explore entertainment/class options. I do wish they added more details to the online map to replicate their paper map. Cleanliness is overall great. Staff came to clean our room everyday and the public spaces were well kept. However, our throw pillows and sheets always had a musty smell to them even after requesting new ones. It was very faint but did bother me when I would pull the sheets up to my neck. Food was probably the worst part of our stay and the main reason for knocking off one star. It wasn’t awful, but it was very mediocre at best. Food was a 2.6 out of 5. We were still able to enjoy ourselves through the good drinks and service. Cart drivers are available all throughout the resorts making transportation easy. Wifi is also available.

This property was amazing from the lobby assistants that grab luggage and give rides when you first arrive .S/O to Manu and Gabriel for showing us around. To the front desk helping us getting checked in Erik really broke down the whole resort and access to us. Best kept secret for food is The Nest . Wifi is on point no lagging if you have to do work and thing of that nature. Had a great time will be back.

The property is beautiful, quiet and romantic. All of the staff are friendlly, the food is great and they have plenty of options. We had a private pool, it was nice but we barely used it. We stayed in building 68 which was in the perfect location. Close to the pool and the Helios which we ate breakfast at every morning. 800meter walk to the gym and about 400 meters from the lobby and most of the restaurants. Our butler Gabriel was amazing! He booked all of our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay, from the time we arrived to the time we left we have zero complaints. We would highly recommend this resort.

Nice hotel. The staff were the amazing- from butlers, waiters, housekeeping. Very nice room upgrade with private garden pool and VIP/Premier. We never had hot water in our room and the lights kept turning on all night long (motion.) They tried but never got fixed. The food was ok. The drinks were ok. Lacked the ‘premier’ or classiness of other highly rated resorts we have stayed before. Lacked luster. We likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Not worth it!!! Do not book this place! Ive been to multiple all inclusive hotels and this by far is the worst. We even payed a premium to become TRS exclusive but was very disappointed. Only resort that has a rule that only one dinner reservation per night despite offering 12 restaurants in property, whats the point of all those restaurants when you can only try one a night. Never had that rule in other hotels weve been to, as we love to just pick and choose small items from each restaurant to try. The premium package invovled getting the cabaret dinner show which was okay, I would be really disappointed if we had to pay extra for it. They promised us tequila bottle in our room before we arrive and it took 2 days after contacting our ebutler to recieve it by that time it was our last night in. The e butler basically really couldnt do anything other than make dinner reservations, we asked everyday to do the archery or rifle shooting and everyday was a no. On day one we noticed the Ac not working properly as the other room was way more colder than ours, we complained and our butler just said to not put on the coldest temp. And itll be just fine. We did that and still very warm inside when we were getting ready for dinner we were sweating. It took another complain for them to really look into it and told us at night that the AC is actually broken and we have to move rooms. Plus The resort is full of mosquitos! Overall very disappointed at our stay! Go somewhere else!
