Ulkouima-allas, kuntosali ja pyykinpesutilat kuuluvat tämän savuttoman huvilan palveluihin. Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa on ilmainen. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on limusiinipalvelu, pelihuone ja puutarha. An incredible vacation at Kapalua Bay.

We had an incredible stay at this villa. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and it's close to stores, restaurants, and the Montage spa, making everything so convenient. The villa, recently remodeled in 2021, is spotlessly clean with a modern, stylish feel, offering plenty of space for our group of six. The layout is terrific, with comfortable beds and tons of towels and linens, ensuring we never ran out. The host, Katerina, was fantastic, always quick to respond and so caring, even giving us great local tips like the best snorkeling spots and restaurants. The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped with everything you need, from an air fryer and blender to basic cooking supplies like oil and spices, making meal prep a breeze. The lanai was our favorite spot, with beautiful views of the golf course and monkey pod trees, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. They provided all the beach gear we could want, including chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, towels, a Yeti cooler, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards, which made our beach days effortless and fun. Parking was easy too, a big plus in Maui. This place felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Maui.

Our favorite place in Maui!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. In a place as beautiful as Maui, with so much to explore, that says a lot. It’s an absolutely perfect location with beautiful views, a stunning interior, and an attentive and fabulous host who was both responsive and accommodating. Everything you need is here—especially if you love to cook—but you are also by so many fantastic restaurants if want to explore. Perfect for families and groups. Every inch of this unit is gorgeous, down to the last detail. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Modern Hawaii at Kapalua Golf Villas was beyond amazing! From the stunning remodel to the spacious layout and breathtaking views, this place is pure magic.The open design, elegant hardwood floors, and two huge lanais made it feel like a dream. Watching golf carts roll by each morning was a daily highlight. The chef’s kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, making it super easy to settle in.The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Oneloa Bay for perfect beach days and snorkeling. And for golf lovers, you’re literally steps from Kapalua Golf Club!Amenities were top-notch—four heated pools, BBQ areas, and free parking made everything easy. Plus, amazing restaurants like Merriman’s, Sansei Sushi, and The Plantation House were just minutes away.Every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. Great Stay in Maui!

We usually stay on the beach, but this condo on the golf course was a lovely change of pace. The setting was peaceful, with breathtaking views of the trees, birds, and greens. The European furnishings were tasteful and elegant, adding to the overall charm of the space.The open floor plan was airy and fantastic, and the patio doors that fully open made the living area feel expansive and connected to the outdoors. We especially loved having two patios—one for morning sun and the other for afternoon relaxation.Katerina was wonderful—very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful Kapalua Golf Villa!

We have been going to Maui for over 35 years and this is THE BEST condo we have ever stayed in! Everything is new and updated! It is very clean and organized.The split AC units in every room is amazing! The host Katarina is wonderful and was available at all times if we needed anything. This condo has everything you need! We are already planning our next visit!

Stylish European Luxury

Everything about this villa was comfortable, beautiful and very functional. The view from the lanai includes the golf course, the bay and sunsets over Molokai. The built in coffee maker took a minute to figure out, but then provided custom cups of delicious drinks. And Katerina is an exceptional host, responsive to every question and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My only suggestion is to prepare for a smaller oven than what most American kitchens use. We arrived with five hungry people and a huge pizza, which we had to cook in sections. Otherwise, you will have no worries in this exceptional property.

Family spring break

We had a great time during our stay. My wife and I brought our kids and her parents to Hawaii so we wanted something nicer with multiple rooms. The room with the two beds worked great for our kids and the in-laws enjoyed the lower level room and spent a lot of time on the lanai. We got a lot of use out of the single serving coffee maker! The host was very responsive when we had minor issues and accommodated our extra requests. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

This was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone to have their own down time, perfect spaces for hanging out as a family. The views and location are beautiful. The interior is very tastefully designed. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Nice unit for family stay

Excellent location, walking distance to convenience store, the Montage and Ritz. The host is very helpful. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with equipments and dishes. There is also a covered parking spot that comes with the unit, very convenient I would note that the unit is on the second floor so keep in mind there are external stairs.

Everything we'd hoped for!

This was our family of 6's first trip together to HI. With 2 very tall teens and two 11 yr-olds, it was a bit difficult to find accommodations to suit everyone, but this location was perfect! The home was clean, modern, relaxing and beautiful. In walking distance to 4 beaches. We also loved the pool right close by where we grilled dinner while boys swam and played. Also near by are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery. So very convenient. We would absolutely return to this lovely home.

Memorable Maui Experience

Katerina's villa was a perfect place to stay for our family vacation to Maui. Katerina was more than accommodating and extremely responsive when I asked for suggestions for restaurants, activities and even when I wanted to alter my dates before our stay. The villa was clean, had a beautiful lanai, well stocked kitchen and a great coffee maker! Unfortunately, during our stay we lost electricity one night due to high winds from a passing hurricane. We decided to go for a drive around the north side of the island to get lunch and groceries since nothing around us was open due to the loss of electricity. While we were out, the fires in Lahina started so we were not able to get back to Kapalua or our Villa. We were in contact with Katerina the whole time as she was still in Kapalua. She went above and beyond to pack up ALL of our belongings and meet us at the airport as soon as she was able to leave the area days later while at the same time dealing with the safety of her family and her property -- amazing! She had much bigger things to worry about than our luggage/belongings left at the villa yet she went above and beyond any reasonable expectations and tried to help us retrieve our stuff. Not only would I not hesitate to stay at her villa again, I recommend that anyone visiting Maui in the future contact Katerina. Most importantly, we are praying for a speedy recovery for Katerina, her family, and all affected by the fires on Maui!

Absolutely Wonderful / Top Notch

This property was perfect for us and absolutely fantastic. Where do I start? The location is amazing, quiet but close to everything you need - you can walk to amazing beaches and snorkeling / swimming (including the coastal trail), the villa pools, and excellent restaurants all under 15 minutes (and a nice walk). Grocery and shopping is also very convenient. Napili Market rules! World class golf is out your window or 5 minutes away. Inside the condo we also found everything we needed - all kitchen essentials and then some, including a fantastic coffee maker, wonderful bedrooms and beds, lovely golf course, ocean and night time star views, a lovely and quiet lanai. The details were over the top - bed side chargers in the master, beach gear including towels, many chairs, snorkel gear, an amazing Yeti cooler, a football! And lastly, but critically, Katerina is the best! Very responsive, helpful and personable and her recommendations for a snorkel cruise, restaurants and others were 100%. Truly amazing!

Wonderful Holiday Stay

My family of 7 enjoyed our recent stay in Maui. The property is exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect in size. A second bedroom would be nice to have upstairs but we made it work. Katarina promptly responded to our questions and provided suggestions for areas to checkout during our stay. We had a minor bathroom maintenance issue which was swiftly addressed. Overall, we loved the quiet location, shuttle service, and exploring the area and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend Katarina’s property!

Perfect Beautiful Stay

The house is absolutely beautiful! Every comfort was provided, and the furnishings, bedding, towels, products, etc.. were all extremely nice. We loved the deck off the master for morning sunshine, and the main deck for the rest of the day. The beach was a short walk, with beautiful sand, watching the sunset there will be a wondeful memory. The small pool by the unit was clean and very lightly used, we did use the BBQ and it was also clean and in excellent condition. The only thing that we needed and did not find were longer utensils for the BBQ - very minor issue. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Perfect villa for family vacation. Beautiful setting backing Kapalua Golf course! Plush beds and bedding, kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Pak-n-play didn’t work for our granddaughters sleeping so host Katerina had crib brought in 1 day and she slept well the remainder of our trip, thanks Katerina! The space had windows with views for days, unbelievable stay can’t wait to go back! Walk to the beach with beautiful pool right next to Villa with all the beach accessories you could think of. Lanai off of master and lanai off of kitchen/dining absolutely beautiful! Great memories of this vacation!!

Nice updated condo! Katerina was lovely to deal with. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. The decor was modern, had lots of natural light and had a lot of nice touches to it-speaker, good shampoo and conditioner, soft linens and pillows, latte maker, and tons of beach gear. The only issue is the sliding barn doors-it made it hard for privacy and for those who wanted to sleep in longer because noise would carry. The unit has only one bathroom for two bedrooms upstairs which was not ideal for adults sharing the primary bathroom with teen girls. We stayed with family so it was not a big deal. It was more of an issue for the teenagers. The Kapalua shuttle service was very useful and came right away. The unit is near a nice pool that gets lots of sun!

Katharina’s Kapalua townhome was absolutely fantastic. The views were gorgeous. The townhouse was very clean, well organized and incredibly stocked. Everyone in our group throughly enjoyed our stay and our daily lattes from the Meile coffee machine. The pools were extremely close and lovely, and the at door shuttle pick up for all of Kapaula was efficient, clean and handy. There is nothing bad to say out our stay. And to top it off Katerina and her husband were beyond friendly and helpful. We would all highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

Location location!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for 7 nights. The location was amazing -within walking distance to Kapalua bay. We loved the tranquility of the area as there was not a lot of noise and the stars at night off the lanai were incredible. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and were very comfortable. The second bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds was perfect for our 2 teenagers. The kitchen and beach gear is truly fully stocked. We didn’t love the sliding barn doors to the bedrooms/bathrooms as it limited privacy and made it a little loud within the unit, but otherwise it was perfect!

Katerina and her husband are wonderful hosts! The property is exactly as it appears on the VRBO listing. It is very well appointed with very nice amenities which include great higher end detangling “Monday” shampoo and conditioner, ample paper towels, bathroom, and facial tissue, bath and beach towels, adjustable fully reclining sand chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with great pots, pans, knives, silverware, and small appliances. Pool A is quaint and private, Pool C (up the hill from the front of the villa) is spacious and more open to the sun. All pool areas have heated pools and are beautiful and clean. The Kapalua Golf Course property is beautiful and following the sidewalks for jogs or walks to the right out of Kapalua toward Montage and The Ritz Carlton provide for beautiful views, a seemingly safe route, and a great workout!! We went zip lining with Skyline. It was about a 15-20 minute drive from the villa. The company and crew are very professional. Despite feeling a bit anxious about trying this out for the first time, I felt extremely safe as the company has very strong safe protocols. We also went snorkeling to Molokini and Turtle Bay abroad Calypso. The drive from the villa to where the boat is docked is appx. 35-45 minutes. This was an amazing snorkeling experience on a three tier boat with 2 slides and a deck to jump off of. We saw plenty of beautiful fish, tons of turtles, and plenty of whales to and from Molokini.
