Our fully equipped central AC 2nd floor villa, unit #221, is located in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four amazing lagoons. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, not a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths in over 1200 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean views and golf course views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a stackable washer/dryer, all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, honed granite countertops, and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, Wi-Fi 400mb high speed internet, Roku TV, DVD player, board games, flat screen TV's in every room, and other high-end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There are also 2 reserved underground parking spaces included with our unit. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and full dresser with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full walk in closet. The secondary bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request, full dresser and double closet, along with night stands, its own large bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 barstools. The living room has a large sofa, 2 sitting chairs along with a coffee table. The villa's décor is calm and peaceful island-themed with vibrant colors and local artwork.

Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45 minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further or head up the scenic H2 45 minutes to the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline and Turtle Beach to name a few. Costco, Target, Safeway grocery, Long’s drugstore, many restaurants, movie theaters and shopping are a quick 10 minute drive to Kapolei.

RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, administrative fee and cleaning fee are automatically added in if you instantly book. No credit card processing fees. Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in or your desired payment terms with VRBO.
