Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths in over 1200 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean views and golf course views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and full dresser with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full walk in closet. The secondary bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request, full dresser and double closet, along with night stands, its own large bathroom with and deep soaking tub/shower. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 barstools. The living room has a large sofa, 2 sitting chairs along with a coffee table. The villas décor is calm and peaceful island themed with vibrant colors and local artwork.

Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in or your desired payment terms with VRBO.
