Arrivée à 21h30 comme convenu mais plus de personnel il faut aller à la station service en face pour le Check in . Ma réservation était à double ? La dame de la station service me dit que le prix est pas le bon c était moins cher de 8.- mais en fait le lendemain une autre personne a l hôtel me réclame la différence donc je repaye les 8.- prévu. La chambre est minuscule mon lit était cassé et posé par terre. Il manque un carreau dans la salle de bain. Le sèche cheveux ne marche pas. Bref je recommande pas.

On a été menés en bateau par le personnel concernant les douches!! Le premier jour il n’y avait pas assez d’eau chaude pour les clients! Ils ont simulés un problème! Cars le lendemain exactement la même chose!! …… C’est pas normal.

Klein aber fein dieses Hotel sehr praktisch für zu Übernachten um den Europapark zu besuchen nicht weit entfernt hatt spass gemacht

Sauberes, einfaches Hotel, direkt an der A5. Nettes Personal.Gut geschlafen. Zimmer bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ziemlich warm.
