Holiday flat Kaptein`s Lounge by Seeblick Ferien ORO for 2-6 persons on two levels on the upper floor + attic with 180 degree panoramic view of both the harbour of Port Olpenitz in the south and the Schlei with the many passing sailing ships, Maasholm and Schleimünde in the north!

The view of this maisonette flat on two levels on the top and top floor of the harbour house at the quay in the OstseeResort Olpenitz with 93 sqm living space is really indescribable! The large windows let a lot of light into the flat, so that it is always bright and inviting - and you almost feel more like you are on the "command bridge" of a (cruise) ship than in a holiday flat! The focal point of this loft-like holiday home is the entrance level on the 1st floor, where the rooms merge almost seamlessly into one another. The spacious and inviting living room has an indescribable view of the Schlei and is the ideal meeting place for the whole family, even in cooler seasons when the built-in fireplace is crackling. The adjoining dining area with open kitchen leads to the large south-facing terrace and a 180-degree panoramic view of the entire harbour. This floor is rounded off with a guest WC and shower. A comfortable staircase leads from the living area to the top floor with two bedrooms and a spacious wellness bathroom with shower, large bathtub with whirlpool function and an infrared sauna. And here, too, there is an incomparable view of the harbour and Schlei everywhere. Directly on the Baltic Sea in the Eckernförde Bay, a new holiday resort called "OstseeResort Olpenitz" is being built on the site of a former naval base near Kappeln on the Schlei. You can have more water views than in this exceptional holiday property in particular almost nowhere else.
