The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to shop and stroll with its growing range of shops and short distances.



The light-flooded oasis of well-being with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony offers a wonderful harbour cinema with a view of the floating houses, the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Make yourself comfortable on the balcony and watch the passing sailing ships accompanied by the colourful evening sun or use the sofa corner in the living area when the weather is grubby so that the underfloor heating can keep you warm.

The apartment's sporty, romantic furnishings impress with their modern flair and the successful spatial connection between the kitchenette and the exclusive living area, which emphasises the comfortable atmosphere of the peaceful surroundings. There are community games and books for your entertainment.



In addition to the comfortable double bed in the bedroom, there is another sleeping area for small children on the sofa bed in the living room (120x120 cm).



The fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - here you can conjure up delicious meals. However, you can also plan great barbecue evenings outside, as there is a barbecue and garden furniture on the small but cosy balcony.

The bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a large mirror.



The car parking space belonging to the holiday apartment is easily accessible from the apartment on the 1st floor via a lift.
