Idyllically situated on a narrow spit of land between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday property boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or romantic candlelit dinner. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the water, pure holiday feeling.



The two bedrooms offer access to the second terrace.



Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und es war grundsätzlich auch alles ok. Bei dem Preis haben wir allerdings etwas besonderes erwartet und das war es leider nicht. Da gibt es an anderen Orten mehr für‘s Geld. Wir werden dort nicht wieder hinfahren.,
