The holiday home "Villa Seemööv" is located in the newly built Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. Completed in 2020, "Villa Seemööv" impresses with its combination of modern design, luxury, and comfort.
As soon as you enter the house through the front door, you'll find yourself in the entrance area, which features a spacious wardrobe and ample storage for shoes. Adjacent to this is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom, like most of the lower level, is barrier-free and therefore suitable for wheelchair users. The utility room with a washing machine and dryer is accessible from this bathroom.
Also located on this level is a nautically themed bedroom. Lovingly decorated, it is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm) equipped with Tempur mattresses and pillows. The room also includes a desk, wardrobe, and a television with Telekom Entertain TV. Like all bedrooms in the house, it is equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens. Finally, you pass through the hallway into the large, light-filled living/dining area, which incorporates an open-plan kitchen. There, a breathtaking view awaits you, one you're guaranteed not to forget! "Villa Seemööv" is built directly on a protected, inaccessible stretch of coastline, offering a magnificent view of the Schlei fjord. Especially on sunny days, you can enjoy watching the many sailboats.
The sofa and the Stressless recliner invite you to relax in front of the fireplace or the television with Telekom Entertain. The living room is also equipped with a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi stereo system with CD player and internet radio. For convivial gatherings with family or friends, the dining table is the perfect place to enjoy one of the many games from the extensive collection.
The very well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: with an induction cooktop, wine cooler, microwave/oven combination, Senseo coffee pod machine, and filter coffee machine, as well as additional amenities such as a raclette grill and fondue set, it offers our guests a high level of comfort.
Upstairs, accessible via a staircase, are two further bedrooms with wardrobes and televisions with Telekom Entertain TV. One of the bedrooms contains two single box-spring beds (each 100x200cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. This room opens onto a balcony furnished with two sun loungers. The master bedroom is particularly impressive due to its breathtaking view of the Schlei fjord, which you can enjoy from the comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with Tempur mattresses and pillows.
There are also two bathrooms on the upper floor. The smaller bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Next to it is the larger spa-like bathroom. Here you can relax in the whirlpool or sauna while enjoying the beautiful view of the Schlei. A small balcony and a double vanity complete this bathroom.
For our younger guests, we provide two travel cots and three highchairs. We also offer a playpen for very young children. Stair gates are also available. The entire house is equipped with childproof electrical outlets. Two folding wagons are located in the carport. Our younger guests will also enjoy a wooden dollhouse and a wooden train set.
Two large sliding doors lead to the spacious sun terrace, where you'll find a new seating area, two sun loungers, and a beach chair. The garden, open to the street, features a large lawn and beautiful flowerbeds.
A carport for two cars and an attached, lockable outbuilding are located on the property. You can conveniently charge your electric car at the private charging station right in front of your accommodation.
The outbuilding contains an electric grill and bicycle storage. A further staircase leads to the roof of the house. Here you have a magnificent view of the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, which you can enjoy from two sun loungers or a small corner lounge. Nestled in unparalleled natural surroundings, the property is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and varied stay year-round.
A small bathing beach is located approximately 300 meters away. The large Baltic Sea beach with its wide sandy shore is about 3 kilometers away. Within the resort, an EDEKA supermarket, a bakery, and small shops offer shopping opportunities. Canoe, boat, and bicycle rentals, as well as an adventure golf course, provide a variety of sporting activities.
