Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has been conceived in a modern style but there is certainly no upkeep. Broken fixtures, lack of cleanliness, hot shower not working, blocked drains and many other issues spoiled our stay. Breakfast served in the room was a big disappointment. For the money charged, it should have been much better rather than a nominal cold platter with no variety at all. After a lot of debate (that wasted our time and took us off our holiday mood), we got 25% of the booking amount paid back into our account. Also hidden was the fact that the hotel lies about 50 metres inside the Karakol National Park, so the entry fees for persons as well as their car has to be paid extra each day of the stay.
