Guter Preis während der Messezeit. Schneller und effizienter Check-In. Saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Im Notfall (spät abends, nachts) ist niemand erreichbar. Neue Zimmerkarte kann am vorhandenen Automaten aufgrund Fehlermeldung nicht erstellt werden. In den Zimmern sind keine Toilettenbürsten oder Mülleimer vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut - sofern Tiefgarage offen. Beim Check-Out zwischen 08:00-08:30 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt.

Sehr geehrter Herr Marc, tut uns sehr leid für die Umstände. Das alles ist keine Entschuldigung für unser Versäumnis. Normalerweise kommt sowas bei uns im Hause nicht vor. Leider war unsere Kollegin zudem Zeitpunkt grade im Haus unterwegs. Wir hoffen Sie hatten trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und nehmen unsere Entschuldigung an. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Kutscher

Sehr günstiges Hotel. Leider war das Waschbecken von Zimmer 122 kaputt (Loch) und der Teppich hatte grosse Flecken. Vorhänge schmutzig. Dieses Zimmer sollte man nicht an Gäste vermieten! Das Zimmer war Strassenseite. Darum sehr laut. Schlaf bei offenen Fenster nur mit Ohrenpax möglich. Rezeptions-Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück gut. Bad sauber geputzt. Gesamteindruck restliches Hotel: Schmuddelig. Leider.

Das Zimmer ist sauber aber etwas lauter da mein Zimmer auf Strassenseite liegt. Einfaches Frühstück aber ok. Das Hotel allgemein bräuchte etwas Aufpolieren.

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum

Schönes Zimmer, leider keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank. Sehr grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Top Lahe, 8 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt.
