The apartment is air-conditioned and has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, sofa in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a rain shower.
The private balcony with glass sliding doors has outdoor furniture and provides great views and sea breeze for you to enjoy day or night. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, cutlery & kitchenware, cooking hob, toaster, microwave and kettle for self-catering.
The entire infrastructure of Karon is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, convenience shops, supermarkets, massage and spa salons, pharmacies, currency exchange points, night markets, and other attractions! The Condo is located near a main road—ideal for transport, but light sleepers should be aware of street noise.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit.
