The villa is located in Karpacz, on Osiedle Skalne. It is a residential, quiet part of Karpacz. Behind the building there is a forest with a mountain stream, ideal for summer cooling and bathing. Access to the building is easy. (It is a free-standing object, there is a lockable parking place in front of the building. Nearby is a general shop, in the centre of Karpacz larger markets. It is about 20 min walk to the centre. (convenient walking distance). Ski lift to Kopa ca. 3 km., ski slope for beginners ca. 500 m, entrance to mountain trails ca. 500 m.. Rented area includes 4 rooms, of which 2 are with bathrooms in rooms and 2 are without, outside in the corridor there are additionally 2 bathrooms (with showers in bathrooms). All rooms are with balconies. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor, on the floor below there is a large hall, a kitchen, a very large living room, which is also a dining room. In the living room there is satellite TV, a radio-magnetophone. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with an outdoor fireplace, for wood (extra charge). A portable grill can be used free of charge. The kitchen is self-contained, fully equipped. Parking is available next to the building. The building is heated by gas. As the house consists of two parts, it is possible to accommodate 22 persons. Currently, we present and offer rental of only one part of the villa. There is an aquapark at the Hotel Sadra in the Skany district, approx. 1 km from the villa. The Western Town is located 1 km from the villa. We recommend horse riding in the Krkonoše Mountains, as we ride ourselves and can provide advice and assistance to horse riding enthusiasts. In winter we make snow in the area around the house.
