Upon entering Serenity Villa, you are instantly presented with spectacular sea views framed in the large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Serenity is luxuriously appointed throughout with a large, open plan, split level living area and new, modern, sleek, porcelain topped kitchen. The contemporary, open plan living area opens out to the beautiful marble patio with large HEATED* infinity pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for the early and late season months when the weather is hot but the pool would be cold! Outside, we have various seating and sunbathing areas for sun all day as well as shaded areas and a full sized table tennis table - in the shade! Serenity is designed over 3 floors with air conditioning throughout and sea view balconies to each bedroom. Each bedroom is designed with luxurious en suite wet-room showers, additionally the master bedroom has a free-standing, contemporary bath overlooking both bays. We provide a luxury welcome pack, water cooler and fresh bread delivered each morning. Towels for bathrooms and beach are provided and we have a full clean and linen change mid and end of your weekly stays.c

Our week in Kalkan

Overall we were very pleased with Serenity Villa I. It is a stunning villa, the pools are fantastic and the views are incredible. It is a long way out from the town though, this wasn't a problem though as we were able to arrange a hire car very easily with a simple phone call and it was cheap.

Sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick. Straße zur Villa sehr steil, aber mit Taxi gut zu erreichen. Jeden Tag frisches Brot geliefert bekommen. Sehr gut hat uns die Zwischenreinigung gefallen. Für ältere Menschen sind die vielen Stufen (auch auf der Terrasse) vielleicht nicht so gut, aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Atemberaubende Aussichten

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Serenity Villa I. Wir waren schon mal in einer anderen Villa in Kalkan doch dieses Villa übertraf alle anderen: die Aussicht auf ganz Kalkan aus jedem Zimmer war atemberaubend- wir waren jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Zudem war die Villa war komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die unglaubliche Aussicht hat die Villa aufgrund dessen, dass sie auf einem sehr hohen Berg liegt. Auf der linken Seite waren Bäume und auf der rechten Seite eine andere Villa. Trotzdem hatte man auf jeden Fall sehr viel Privatsphäre und der Pool Bereich war fast komplett uneinsehbar (leicht einsehbar durch die Villa daneben). Die Stadt ist zu Fuß bergab in etwa 15 Minuten und der Strand in etwa 25 Minuten bergab zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Rückweg ist jedoch zu beachten, dass man steile Berge hochlaufen muss, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat, da man auch mit dem Taxi hoch fahren konnte. Der Strand war uns ein bisschen zu weit weg, aber die Villa glich dies aus. Zudem hat uns auch gefallen, dass wir jeden Morgen frisches Brot vom Pool Mann geliefert bekommen haben und das sowohl die Gastgeberin Tracy, als auch die Manager Vorort stets freundlich und immer erreichbar waren.Die Villa ist aus unserer Sicht jedem wärmsten zu empfehlen!
