The private pool area offers two pools of overflow, an adult pool 75m2 and a child pool 12m2, both disinfected without chemicals (salt electrolysis system). You can enjoy swimming in the pool, relax on a sunbed under the sweet summer sun or play table tennis while the kids enjoy their pool and play around with many pool toys available for the children.
The spacious private garden offers you a BBQ, seating areas with outdoor furniture, outdoor showers with hot water and is ideal for many activities on the grass in privacy and free of disturbance.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a shower bathroom with a washing machine and a living room with an A/C, a 40’’ LED TV with satellite access and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed.
On the second level there are two bedrooms with a double bed, A/C and a 32’’ satellite TV each, one bedroom with two single beds and A/C, one W.C and a large balcony with outdoor furniture with an amazing view to the pools, the garden and the olive trees and pines of the surrounding area.
