The beautifully blue 3 *** classified house is located on the main street of Kaysersberg and enjoys a south / north exposure.
Situated in the heart of the shops and restaurants of Alsace.

The House :
It has an entrance, a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower and toilet, toilet independent and 3 bedrooms.

The living room has the floor tile floor, paint the walls. It offers a beautiful view on the main street of Alsace.
You will find in this room: two sofas, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV stand, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo.

Magical location

With its Easter decorations, this property was one of the cutest in town, and that's saying something. We sometimes found tourists getting their pictures taken in front of the building. The spacious apartment was a perfect fit for our multigenerational family, and Kaysersbrrg is an easy drive to a lot of neat attractions. One mystery: How in the world did they get that massive armoire into one of the upstairs bedrooms?

Ruim huis op levendige plek

Vrij aan het begin van de centrale straat van het historische stadje bevindt zich dit vakantiehuis, op de 1e en 2e verdieping. Een prima uitvalsbasis om het stadje lopend te verkennen. Van hieruit kun je gemakkelijk naar de heuvels van de Vogezen of de vakwerkstadjes / wijngaarden richting het dal van de Rijn. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, en voor ons gezin (5 personen) ruim genoeg. Het terras konden we niet gebruiken, er waren gedeeltelijk nieuwe tegels gelegd. We zijn benieuwd naar het resultaat en hopen dat het in de toekomst gebruikt kan worden. Eén puntje van kritiek: we hadden 1 week van tevoren een vraag gesteld over hoe het werkt met het parkeren van de auto, maar daar geen antwoord op gekregen. (Gelukkig is het goed gekomen, dankzij de vriendelijke man van de wijnhandel op de begane grond.) Al met al kijken we heel goed terug op deze week in Kayersberg!!

Très bel endroit. Situé en plein centre

Logement très bien situé. Propre. Avec tous les accessoires accessibles. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. A savoir boulangerie (pour le petit déjeuner) à 3 pas. Point de chute, ensuite, partir à la découverte des villages avoisinants, très facile, parking à proximité.

non pratique pour le sanitaire

Très belle maison , il aurait été plus pratique d'avoir une salle d'eau et WC au premier étage, ce qui nous aurait rendus indépendants. Il y a deux monte escaliers, l'un d'eux était en panne. Il serait intéressant à l'avenir de faire l'état des lieux au départ de chaque vacanciers comme nous l'avons exigé avant notre départ ce genre de tracas serait réglé avant l' arrivée des nouveaux occupants.

Heimkommen nach Kaysersberg!!!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen inmitten des malerischen Städtchens Kaysersberg! Großräumig, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber!! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Badezimmer groß und sehr einladend und die Küche bot alle Gerätschaften die sechs Personen für ein üppiges Abendessen benötigen! ... . . . .und bei unserer Ankunft wärmten schon die Heizkörper!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
