Ground Floor
Entering through the door you will be greeted with south facing full aspect windows that overlook the hillside and directly out the Ionian Sea. To the right is the inline kitchen, open planned internal dining area and living space with large patio doors enticing you to the poolside terrace, infinity pool and Al Fresco kitchen/dining area & relaxation space.
Upper Floor

Follow the staircase downwards and to the left will lead you to a further double en-suite bedroom – again with a private enclosed terraced area.
