I recently stayed at your hotel for four nights and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was okay. The room was clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom was quite small, and a big adult would have difficulty fitting comfortably in the bathtub area. Additionally, the washroom sink was located outside the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, despite requesting housekeeping, our room was not cleaned even once during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One area of improvement would be the breakfast. The included breakfast was not quite as expected. We had to go to Ricky's restaurant next door, and hotel guests seemed to have lower priority. The options were quite limited—just pancakes or French toast and bacon or sausage, and only one glass of juice was allowed. My daughter, who is 17, also found it a bit insufficient.

Accent Inn in Kelowna was a great stay. Awesome staff and everything was just right. And they made it clear they would make it right if it wasn’t. I would gladly stay again! One of my best hotel experiences to date. And I’m pretty old!

The Hotel is very good in terms of room cleanness, friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast need to be clarified properly on the website. I discovered once I arrived the breakfast was offered by Ricky's the restaurant near the hotel. Looks like they are partnered with the hotel. However the value of the offer is merely 9.99 only which I found it is misleading. Especially the service at the Ricky's are pretty poor. And the staff .ooks like overworked I would appreciated more clarity in that regards
