I dont have much to add. Although when i think about it, today March 7 was my final day. Checking out. Having breakfast early and doing paperwork for my office, i was approached by a server who said "youve been here long enough, close to an hour. We have people outside waiting for a table. We need you to leave". Then approached the table beside me which had 4 Seniors and were also asked to leave. I've never had this happen. I found it very unprofessional. As much as ive stayed at Best Western Plus over the years, it will be my last.

I am not a handicap person and was put in a handicap room. I do not appreciate this I am a person that can walk and would have preferred a bath. this room had not bath. The front end worker that checked me in was nice in the beginning by the end of check in she was unhelpful. I have stayed a few time and got great service... this trip i did not enjoy and do not appreciate being put in a handicap room!!!!

Kelowna Get-a-Wayc

Stay was good, great room for our pet dog but Hotel.com was misleading on room choice, we paid extra as per Hotel.com for a pet room and then Kelowna Best Western Plus charged us again another $30 per night to have our pet stay in the room. Hotel.com and Best Western should be clearer on charges for rooms and not mislead people
