This is hands down the worst property I have stayed at. The staff is terrible, the manager is non existent. From the moment we got there, it went wrong! First night we were up all night because the people above us were having a party. Called the front seat at 345am multiple times to have no one answer. Missed breakfast because we were too tired. Talked to the front desk and they didn’t speak enough English to understand. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager is off on weekends and “unreachable.” She gave me his email and said to email him (Travis). I did and absolutely no response. Asked for our room to be cleaned each morning and it wasn’t. Second night, happened again. Up all night to what sounded like a basketball game coming through the roof. It ain’t stope through the night, carried on the entire next day. Had a staff member come down and listen. She was shocked, shrugged her shoulders and said they asked them to stop twice, but they won’t. She said she called the manager, but he won’t answer.
She gave me a $25 g/c to their restaurant and I did have breakfast there one morning and it was disgusting! Hotel staff is extremely rude. Hotel is loud, dirty and gross. These are just a few of my concerns. Read all the reviews. Seems like this hotel is terrible and no one seems to care. I will be call the head office tomorrow. Shame on you Beat Weatern!
