our only complain so far is when we used the pool we keep asking for towels and our respond that we receive is they run our of it. just so disappointing since I have a little girl who is shivering after using the pool

Noisy people upstairs for the whole night and early morning. Barely slept 2hours, and asked the security to give them a warning around 2am, settled for half hour and then resumed walking loudly, jumping, occasionally dropping things.

They didn’t have the room I did book and they tried to accommodate me in different room which is not what we wanted and finally the resolved issue and we did have to agree for that , Breakfast less than average hotel and was too busy and didn’t worth the extra.

This is my return stay at Best Western. Everything is good. Staff are nice and agreeable to requests and easy going to help. Breakfast was great-fresh and tasty. Quiet and clean. Will come back again.
