The Coast Capri in Kelowna never ceases to amaze me, not only is it a welcoming place for my dog, but the staff friendliness and great room presentation make it a terrific experience. I was absolutely floored on this latest visit, as there was a "surprise" upgrade which I truly didn't expect - fantastic! Highly recommend this stay to anyone who travels with their dog.

This hotel is a great value. The staff were friendly and the service we received around the pool and in the dining room was excellent. The pool area is clean & pool towels were provided. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Coast Capri! The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit more outdated than expected and the mattress was a touch firm for us, but that’s just me being nit-picky. We still an overall great experience. The staff was wonderful, and Trevor at the front desk was super friendly and informative. It’s a prime location with lots of amenities! We will definitely be returning

Very dirty rooms, breakfast not included, the pool is not heated, no soundproofing – you can even hear the neighbors sniffing. We ordered a cocktail by the pool and it was brought to us half an hour later, even though there were hardly any people. Room cleaning costs extra. The rooms are very small, and we paid $400 per night – way too expensive for such service.

We enjoyed our stay at the Coast Capri Hotel! The staff were very friendly, the room well cleaned, hotel offers all the amenities we needed, and the location is just a short drive to downtown. The building was a little older, but well maintained. Definitely recommend if you are in Kelowna.
