We were upgraded to had a nice room with a mountain and pool view so we appreciated that! Front desk staffer was also very friendly. Our room was a good sized suite and clean too. The only negatives were no water bottles being offered on check in for our room, which is standard at most hotels we’ve stayed at, and no morning room service. Called down to the hotel restaurant to order us some breakfast around 8:30AM and was told room service wasn’t offered till 11AM? This is also the hotels’checkout time so how does that work exactly for room service?? Assuming kitchen staff shortage is to blame?

Stayed here a few times. Always had a good experience however a couple of visits ago I felt the room was worse for wear so I booked my most recent room size based on the photos of the bathroom being renovated. My bathroom wasn't renovated and it also wasn't very clean.

Decent but needs improvement.

Good hotel generally speaking, but we didn’t enjoy the air circulation in the room nor the bed. Air and temperature control was noisy and the temperature was not constant: too warm or too cold. The bed was too soft for us. Slept terribly for the two nights we stayed here because of these issues.

A nice property in Kelowna with a nice pool area. Unfortunately the hotel was at 100 percent and since we booked through Expedia we were given a very very tiny room, small bed, no closet or dresser, not the room type we had booked.

Outdoor pool warm & protected for March

I took my 7-yr old granddaughter for a little roadtrip during Spring Break to Kelowna H20. I knew the pool at the Capri was an outdoor pool, so didn't expect it to be open. It was! Not only was the water temp warm, the location was protected in an inner courtyard. She had a blast swimming, while I cheered her on from the deck. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner & tasty breakfast. Best Harvest salad I've ever had. Kids menu has quality creations geared for simpler palates. Definitely a gem and would stay there again.

Ideal location, comfortable bed, accommodating, thoughtful and courteous staff. Room advertised on Expedia website as poolside but no access to pool via room, with a hot tub and pool....no hot tub is available any longer which was disappointing......as was the caliber of the room..."tired" would describe the general area of hallways and room in the area of the hotel in which our room was situated.
