Hotel is old but well maintained. Staff were great at the front desk and in the restaurant. Rooms are very old but again clean and maintained. Outdoor pool is barely heated and no hot tub on site which I should have checked first.

To be honest it’s a dated property, my sheet has small blood stains and a dirty towel was hanging like a fresh one. They did allow early check in but I had to switch rooms which was fine. All and all it was a comfortable stay

We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and came this year for our anniversary. We have platinum status and were hoping for an upgrade, called 1.5 weeks beforehand and were told it wouldnt be a problem and to request when we checked in. When we chexked in we were told that it wasnt possible "its friday and we're full" quite rudely fine,all good, we understand that places get busy. But the way it was delivered was harsh. We were given a room that hasnt even been renovated yet,second hit. Then two days in we asked that the room be cleaned and beds made, when we returned from our day this had not been completed. They did provide us with tickets for free breakfast the next day which was appreciated.then today on a Monday, we asked for late checkout and was met with the same rude front desk man from check-in on friday, who stated "it is a high turn over day and we cannot accomodate you". There was never any attempt to make our stay special in the slightest from the front desk man. We will not be returning. For $700 for 3 nights we expected more.

This place did not feel like a 4-star hotel at all — more like a 2-star. I booked for two nights, but while I was in a meeting they kept calling me nonstop, insisting I had only booked for one night. When I went to the reception, they realized it was their mistake. Even if it had been for one night, there was no need to call four times. In the end, instead of apologizing, they simply said, “No, it’s fine, you booked for two nights.” The service was awful — you had to ask for everything, even basic items like tissues. Overall, this did not look or feel like a 4-star hotel. Definitely not recommended.

Pet service was terrific, although we were not told about “pet area(s). We used and cleaned up after out pets on the boulevard in the parking lot. Other than that there was a quaint little off leash dog park nearby on Bernard Ave. We were grateful to have been at your hotel for a medical visit at KGH and had to bring out dogs. Thank you so much, we would select your site again.
