I had a problem with the check in. They told ME I have no reservation with them eventho I showed them MY BOOKING NuMBER and MY RECEIPT!!! The staff was mean to ME. AT FIRST I was really patient to them and waited for them to figure I out my reservation. THE FRONTDESK was not Accommodating at all! GOOD THING i talked to the Manager and figured things out. I HAVE NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH EXPEDIA BEFORE. I DONT MIND TO WAIT BUT AT LEAST PLEASE BE NICE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Close to downtown. About a 20 minute walk to City Park/beach. Good breakfast. The gym has lots of space, a few dumbbells, a 40 lb kettlebell, a functional trainer and a bench. Everything you need for a decent workout 🏋️‍♂️ Lots of restaurants across the street.

Do not recommend eating at the buffet there beside the hotel. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great I’d bring food with me next time. Loved the pool. Our beds were soooo comfortable. The ad did say quiet but if you’re on the main road side (100s or 200s) the main road traffic is very loud all night. Overall good for the price.

This was a beautiful room for 6 people and rhe kitchen was amazing and clean. So was rhe bathroom. Unfortunately there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom, reflecting their attention to cleanliness. The beds should have been properly covered rather than a thin cheap partial cover

Front facing rooms are very noisy, breakfast room is barely adquate in terms of space and food options, difficult entry and exit of property. on the positive side, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, rates are relatively affordable.
