Front desk cannot provide invoice or how much I paid for the room due to booking through Expedia but the next hotel we stayed manage to provide when ask. Fdesk was alone during peak time of checking out - feel sorry for her. I work with hskp for 28yrs. Our room was spotless n ‘no hair’.

Let’s talk first about the room . The bed comfortable but unfortunately the sheet smells like a runner man sweat lol, the bed skirt had a snot I took a photo , the snot was over the billow . Let’s talk about the customer services , the evening shift lead by the manager ( Natalia ) was top of the top her members team were so helpful and kinds ❤️. But unfortunately the morning shift lead by the Manager (Ryan) was unhelpful especially the manager (Ryan) who is unhelpful , racist , so if you are brown with a Middle Eastern name be advice to avoid this man , he will let your experience horrible !!! . Let’s talk about the food , the breakfast amazing from hot selection to cold juices amazing really !!!! I will recommend this hotel if I don’t have a bad experience and bad conflict with the morning manage (Ryan ) 👎👎👎
