We booked 2 business king rooms and we got 1 business king and the other was a standard king in old building no where near the other room. We booked paid for the upgraded room and we were no where near each other. Paid for bigger room

Have to say this place was top notch. The place was clean quiet. The restaurant was good. Food was awesome and I have to say the girls at the front desk are absolutely amazing and friendly. I have to be down in another month and I know where I’ll be staying.

An excellent Hotel in Kelowna

We stayed overnight during our tour through the Canadian Rockies. It is a very comfortable and good hotel. I had bad experience with Wyndham in the past and used this one after a long time. It has changed my mind about this chain. The only recommendation is to have better quality towels !

Is in need of renovation and upgrade. Staff were great, responsive to requests, only working with what they have for facilities. Unfortunately it continues to wear out so will be at another property next trip.
