Overall, the stay was okay. Service was friendly and good. The rooms look like they are in need of updates. The breakfast was okay. If you do have dietary restrictions, there aren't much options. The only gluten friendly option I could see was hard boiled eggs.

The place is older. Had Cobwebs in the upper corners of the ceiling. Creepy sounding taps, loose and angled. Beds should be upgraded. The kitchen is pretty old. Other than that it was alright. It was a bit too pricy for what we got, that’s just my thoughts. Staff was nice.

The property itself is very nice. The games/barbecue tools they have placed in lawn is an interesting way to engage customers. The mattresses can be much better - they are very bumpy, even if someone changes sides, the other person is bound to get disturbed. We were deeply disappointed by the breakfast options. While Jordan at the breakfast was sweet, caring and ensuring we get what we need, she had her hands tied. Effectively, it was just bread with butter, cheese, honey, strawberry and orange jams or cereals at best. There were no bagels on day 2 & 3 as they were exhausted and then even waffles got over by day 3. Jordan needs to be given more options it seems like. The vessels in the kitchen smelled with some oil and we were not able to clean it despite multiple washes. Reaching out to housekeeping was a pain. The FrontDesk button at the landline - never connected! "0" was rarely picked up! Lot of scope of improvement. The AC is a window AC in the living room with bed. For the other bedroom, we felt "roasted" with heat! No fans either! The property is very close to downtown so it was easy. Also lot of eateries around making it easy. Overall pleasant experience with a lot of scope for improvement.

Our stay was amazing. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Having the Kitchenette was so convenient. Having a microwave was excellent for warming up our leftovers. Our room was dog friendly. We we walked into our room there were two dog bowls on the floor beside the door. Felt very welcomed.Will definitely go back there again.
