I booked on Hotel.com site and was quoted a price, when I went to check out I was charged a different rate. The guy at the front desk didn’t care about my problem.

The hotel was under renovation but the toilet base looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The toilet didn't flush properly. At the end of the flush the tub growled at you (some air venting issue I assume). The hot tub was closed. The cushion of a chair in the room was missing....just had the velcro strips to sit on. I tried to call front desk....no phone in the room. I called front desk on my cell phone.....no one answered after three times. When we checked out they said sorry and gave us a 10% off coupon to the restaurant....only good if we every go back to that restaurant. The room was cheap but we didn't expect all that from a Sandman.

Absolutely disgusting. I have never been in a dirtier bathroom anywhere in my life. The bathroom in our hotel room was completely filthy even the toilet had mold in it. The whole shower was black. Completely disgusting couldn’t even use it. Never again

Staff were really nice. Had to ask for another room before bathroom had chunks of hair on the floor. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be updated. It was so gross and small. The pillow were awful. And there’s no sound proofing. The pictures are misleading and is is the lobby.

The room was great but a little too dark! I wanted to finish some crafts while my sister was resting after a surgery but was too dark even with all the lights on! The door to our room didn't shut properly. Front desk staff was awesome!
