Only real negative was a blood stain on one of the sheets. The bathroom is a little bit ragged and needs some at least slight renovation. But the staff were excellent.

Staff were great. Beds were clean and comfy. Rooms could use some updating. Our room the door didn’t close on its own and the security latch was falling off making it useless. The bathroom had stains on the floor and things looked a bit run down. The fan to the bathroom was so loud we actually had to just turn the light on outside the bathroom when not actually needing the fan just so we didn’t have to listen to it. The room itself was a balcony overlooking the pool. It was muggy and the air conditioner barely worked. They also charged me more than my actual nights stay for damage deposit which was kinda weird to me. So all in all won’t be my first choice for the price you pay and no breakfast included, but would stay again if other favourites were booked I guess.

Had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs as the elevator didn’t work the iron didn’t work. The fan in the bathroom was like a jet airplane going off. The air conditioning was also extremely loud and the TV didn’t work properly. Total cost was $278 for one night in this dump.

the rooms were filthy, uncomfortable beds, remote for tv did not work, dark and dingy rooms. The lobby was disgusting, only one washcloth for two people in the room. No hot water Saturday morning (June 7, 2025). The only compensation the hotel offered was a voucher to Dennys. When asked if I could speak to the hotel manager, I was told there is no manager on weekends. Worst hotel ever. We, a party of 8, will not be returning

I paid to update to a king suite, there was no mention in the description that the room didn’t have a window. The only window was to the indoor pool and with the curtain open everyone in the pool looks right into your room. So we paid to stay in a cave for 4 nights. There was no hot water at all one day, so no showers. Spoke with the front desk and their response was “well the hotel is pretty full this weekend”. Still waiting for a manager to contact me, but I’m doubtful that the message got passed on considering how little the people at the front desk seemed to care about anything.

The rooms definitely need an upgrade .. this is not what I would consider and executive king suite . Our room did not get replenished and tidied despite hanging the request on the door at 9:00 am .. we had an iron Billy no ironing board… definitely needs work !

Busy Kelowna Hotel. Nothing special here. You stay you go. It has a indoor court yard pool which would be cool in the winter. Location is good but your neighbours are loud no matter what. Denny's is attached - yummm

The beds were super comfortable however the air condition unit stayed on all night and was very loud. Quite run down. The Bar service was excellent and the wings and beer special was fantastic!
