Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30. There were no rooms available yet. The lady told us they had 40 out of 60 rooms check out at 11am. By 5, they had a room for us. The room smelled strongly like wet dog. So we let them know. They put us in another room 30 minutes later. The floor was sticky, the bathroom was dirty, and it was overly warm. Then for breakfast, they had cold biscuits, crusty gravy, brown n serve sausages, stale cereal, cheese omelets that you had to cook yourself in a microwave, and then the infamous waffles you make yourself, yet so batter. I would not ever choose to go back to this hotel.

Extremely Disappointed

Disappointing stay. Before arriving, asked for adjoining rooms or same floor as rest of family. Was put on separate floor. Room I was given smelled of wet dog. Told the front desk, said they were sorry but completely full so could do nothing. Clerk did come up to room with Febreze, acknowledged room smell, sprayed room & left spray with me. Unfortunately, the Febreze gave me a headache. Had to leave window open entire stay. Upon departure once again mentioned to front desk about room smell. Said they were sorry, but were full and did not have time to air out room. Also told me that because I had paid through Expedia they could not adjust the price/give me a break in price. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have to say theirs was poor.

One of the nicest places to stay in the area! The staff is friendly and helpful and we love the included breakfast every morning. You can tell the property has been updated, though some areas are still showing their age like the bathrooms and hallways. There are limited options to stay in this area and we visit frequently. If you need to stay in town and want a clean comfortable stay, this property should be at the top of your list.
