The Wi-Fi wasn't working. The modem was inaccessible. The hosts took four hours to respond. They rebooted it the next morning. It was a hassle. I had to buy data. I asked for compensation. They refused to negotiate. Their first and final offer was 25, equal to 10% of the rate. End of conversation, right? Wrong! They then called to suggest that I leave a day early, since I was so "unhappy." (I declined.) So they were willing to give up 250 in rate. But no more than 25 to resolve our conflict. And I had to complain to Vrbo to get that.
