A quiet location (even though it is next to a main road and near a Service Station), but it is a bit too far to walk to the shopping centre. It has a pleasant view of the river with several picnic tables (with easy access from a back door of the most units). The Chinese Restaurant had a good selection of food and an average selection of drinks (licensed).

Restaurant is very good

The location along the river is beautiful. The Chinese restaurant the food and service is excellent. The room is basic & clean. No shampoo & conditioner The pool was green ,though area had a lot of rainfall . Only minimal coffee, I had to ask for 2 more sachets. No wine glasses which would have been nice only small vegimite glasses . Location is good .

The owner was very nice. We checkin quite late (7:30pm) and the restaurant was still open on boxing day. Once we are in the room, the hair dryer didn't work and the owner was able to give us another dryer at 10:15pm. The room condition is clean and was in good condition. 5 of us stay in the 2 bedrooms studio, plenty of towels and they even gave us 2 bathroom mats, 5 face washers. I have not been to motels that provide face washer towels. The river is stunning and we enjoyed our 1 night stopover stay very much.

Only reason this property doesn't have a higher score was because the wifi didn't work. We had it checked by the staff and it connected, but continued to disconnect. Other than that this was a very comfortable, clean, motel with a nice view of the river. The restaurant was also good.

No microwave, had a toaster but no plate or knife. Had to ask for dessert plates to have our breakfast. Fridge had no freezer area to freeze ice bricks for our travels. $150 a night you’d expect these above items to be available. Very disappointed as we have been in 3 other motels on our travel and these items were available plus more for the same price. 😔

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this hotel. I checked in late, just after 8pm. The TV in the first room was not working, so I was moved to another room where the TV worked, however the air conditioner didn’t. It took at least half an hour to get resolved which was the original room with a new TV unboxed and set up on the benchtop. I found the beds to be ordinary and staff to have poor customer service skills. As such, I’ll not stay there again.
