The hotel has incredible viewing as location on river Kant. Also easy parking and walking around. The only thing wasn't great accessibility for disabled people. Also the pool and jacuzzi was very small. Apart from that all good

They experience wasnt great. Initially put in a room without a bath. The bathroom condition was poor in the room we were moved in to. Unusual unpleasant odour to the room we stayed in. The spa facilities we average, sauna wasn't very hot and the jacuzzi didn't work. Good that dogs could stay but we wouldn't stay here again.

A good place to stay in central Kendal. Unfortunately for us we chose a room with a relatively small bed. The bed was comfy but should have chosen a room with a King size bed, Excellent breakfast and kind and friendly staff

Not too bad

The hotel was clean & the staff were fantastic. The only comments i'd make is that the rooms need a bit of a facelift. Could do with plug sockets near the bed and a smart tele with access to on demand tv would be great! Breakfast wasn't fantastic.. buffet style but the food was fairly cold & slow to come out so wouldn't say that it was great value for money. Although the evening meal was fab, drink selection ok & youre only a stone throw away from a wider range of places to eat & drink. Would stay again.

The bed sheets had marks on them as well what i can only presume were dog hairs. The towels also had marks on them too. On top of this, when i called down to reception at 21:45 - 15mins before they leave, it took 6 attempts to have someone answer which after a short wait, someone called me back

Hotel is in a good position to the centre of town and restaurants. Free parking at hotel. Pool was fine. Hotel was a bit tired in bits, however the bar area had been recently renovated and was nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit basic and gluten options were poor.
