The hotel is lovely and a great location for anyone visitng Warwick Castle. The room was clean as was the hotel itself. Staff were always around and very polite. Some of the meals in the restaurant was overpriced but I guess that's standard these days, would visit again.

There was a bit of a wait at check-in. 3 families checking-in but only one member of staff. The family room was very large. The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed had a thin mattress and we had to request another duvet to put on the mattress. The shower was okay, but not powerful. Nice toiletries. Breakfast was a standard buffet. Self-service for tea and coffee. The coffee machine was very slow, so there was a queue of guests. Good location to visit Warwick university.
