Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport (Joined by a bridge) is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination town. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk and of course the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.
Getting around: Bikes or simply walking is the best way to get around.
Guests have full access to the property; locked closets are intended to remain locked for the owner's privacy.
"The Beach Hive" is located in one of southern Maine's most beautiful coastal villages in the heart of Dock Square and less than a mile from the Kennebunk/Gooches beach. Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen, with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Private Sunroom to enjoy early morning coffee with the smell of salty sea air. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Ideally located minutes from Kennebunkport with restaurants, beaches, golf, tennis, and marina.

"The Beach Hive" condo home is located in Kennebunk's Lower Village and boasts many amenities aside from its location. This condo offers plenty of living area, which includes a 3 seasons porch that is to die for, enabling you to bask in sunlight during the day, and will comfortably host 4 guests for a peaceful and relaxing respite. The kitchen offers newly updated stainless appliances and has all the cooking and baking amenities you'll need.
Our location couldn't be any more perfect, with just a walk or bike ride away from Gooches and Mother's Beach or a quick walk into Dock Square or Lower Village.
Guest access
I live close by and will be there for your arrival whenever possible. Special accommodations can be made for late arrivals, although prior communication and a plan will be needed. We'll work with you to ensure you get in without a hitch.

As a guest at the "The Beach Hive" Condo, you have the freedom to move about the house and property as you wish. Guests will not have access to the garage. Please contact Emily with any concerns you have with heating or cooling.There is a Key lock box, I (Emily) will message you the code through Airbnb the morning of your arrival.
As a Superhost, we aim to be available to our guests as much as possible. We are right here in town and are here to help. As you can see from our other listings, we take this seriously and want your stay to be the best you've had in Kennebunk/port! I intend to build a relationship with you, so you always have a trusted place to stay, at one of my properties!

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town!
There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.
Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
