We usually stay here when we travel to Kennewick. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean. However, they automatically charge you for the room safe unless you tell them you didn’t use it at checkout.

Check in process was quick. Had two reservations, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. The room on the first floor had not been cleaned and was not ready. The cleaning staff told us to ask for a new room. When I called the front desk, they said to come get a new room. When we got to the front desk, they said they were fully booked and to just wait 30 minutes. This was extremely inconvenient as my family needed to get ready for a graduation. Why check someone in to a room that isn't clean? And then why not immediately start working on that room so that it could be available? Staff didn't seem to care and were very disorganized. If I hadn't already paid for the rooms, I would have went somewhere else. I should have been provided a credit/partial refund, but nothing was offered. I will not stay at this property again due to how the situation was handled.

Although I had reserved a room for two nights, I mentioned n the first night after check-in that we would only be staying one night because there was no elevator in the place. There was nothing on the website to indicate that when o made the reservation. My husband is disabled and uses a walker. It took him 10 minutes to get up the stairs to our room. I told them we would be checking out the next morning and asked that we not be charged for the second day because of my husband’s disability. Doing the stairs caused him a lot of leg pain that night so he did not sleep well. I just checked our banking account and we were charged for both nights. Can you help us get a refund on the second night? Thank you.

Staff acted like I was bothering them when I checked in. They automatically charge $100 for "incidentals". There are no incidentals at this hotel! Then they said it was a damage deposit. Put me on the third flood, when I asked where the elevators were I was told there were no elevators. I'm 74, have hip problems and can't carry a full suitcase up stairs. Not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in, but certainly not the cleanest. Won't stay here again. I just hope I get my $100 "deposit" back!

The staff was great and even accommodating for my surgery needs. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are a little hard. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, apples and oatmeal. I prefer this hotel when staying in Tri Cities.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I checked in and the room I was put in had an unpleasant smell due to something in the carpet. I let them know about it and they put me in a different room and was very nice about it. The area is convenient very close to all amenities and a nice coffee shop Called the red tracks.
