Please note this hotel lets you bring your pets so if you hear a dog bark at sounds in the middle night don’t complain. Literally ppl pay extra to bring the pets with them. Stay elsewhere if a random bark is going to upset you. Overall this hotel is very clean and comfortable for my family of 5 and a fur baby(German shepherd ) who was anxious about sleeping away from home for the first time.

Unfriendly staff at check-in. Also, strange paperwork required with all sorts of initials needed about loss and damages. Too many lawyers, decidedly not customer friendly. Did not feel welcome. Also, no elevators, stairs only.

Wasn’t particularly loving the 1st floor, basement, type room. The adjoining room/neighbor knocked on the adjoining door asking if I had entered their room. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out and no facial tissue box. Other than those minor things the stay was pleasant

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. From check-in to check-out, the experience was substandard in every way. The only reason I didn’t leave immediately was sheer exhaustion after a long drive. I couldn’t wait to check out and will not be returning. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel that values cleanliness and guest comfort.

I wasn't able to stay. Baymont wouldn't change my reservation. I made the request through Expedia less than 24 hrs after I received the confirmation and more than a week prior to the reservation date. My stay needed too one prior to the confirmed reservation. Peoples plans do change due to unforseen circumstances. Wasn't impressed with either Baymoont or Expedia. It's not about the money lost.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had eggs and sausage. It was the best price for a dog friendly place in the area this weekend. It has a pool and hot tub and sauna, though we didn't use them because we were too tired. The staff was pleasant and check in was easy.
