As shown in the photos the property has unfenced access to bordering reserve land, which is great for native birdsong. Absolutely no pets allowed, and guests should take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush. It is in a very quiet area, please respect the neighbours and drive carefully at night to avoid Kiwi crossing.There is a spa at this property that is not available for guest use. The king sized bed in bedroom two can be split to make two single beds. Please note it is Super-king sized if bringing your own linen, and please inform us at the time of booking which configuration you require. The property is on a hill with a view, and though the driveway is steep, it is wide with a good concrete surface and has a turning bay at the entrance to the property.Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.
