We also have an onsite event space for rental if you wish to celebrate birthdays, family reunions, anniversaries or any special occasions. Please feel free to contact us about group booking. Just a 2-minute drive from downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University, you will find this cottage to be a convenient hub for your Hill Country getaway.
We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.
