The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with everything you would need for your self catering holiday; electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The lounge is spacious, light and comfortable with two settees, dining table, smart TV, DVD player, electric fire, and feature Lakeland slate hearth.

There are two very comfortable bedrooms; the first with a double bed and off this bedroom an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. There's plenty of storage space and both rooms will be dressed in fresh linen and towels for your arrival.

The fully tiled bathroom comprises a shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

There is allocated parking for one car in front of the entrance. Guests can enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-fi throughout. Small shared garden area with seating.

The apartment is conveniently situated a stones throw from Booth's supermarket (which has an electric car charging point) and the E-Venture shop for easy bike hire.

Great place to stay in keswick

Keswick is one of our favourite places for a much needed break. Howrahs court is in the best location, close by to the supermarket for your self-catering supplies and near to the bus station for drive free days out, but hidden away overlooking the rugby field and the fells beyond. A short walk in to the town for pubs/restaurants and a visit to Derwentwater. A spacious two bedroomed cottage/apartment, well equipped and full of home comforts.

Great introduction to Keswick.

We felt at home and relaxed at this excellently located and well appointed cottage. We were near the grocery and bus station. The staff at Keswick Cottages was reliably helpful and friendly beginning in the initial reservation process and extending through out stay. 11 Howrah’s Ct was quiet and homey. The property is near the Rugby Club, but we enjoyed the sounds of practice and the one game that occurred while we were in residence.

Ideal Keswick location

We booked this for us and my brother and his wife as we were attending the Keswick Convention on the Pencil factory site. It is an ideal location, a 5 minute walk to the tent. It is also ideally located for the town and Booths the supermarket. We have done trips to Coniston, Ullswater and Cockermouth. All a manageable drive. Thoroughly recommend it, clean and modern and well equipped place.

This location suited us well with such good access to town centre. The apartment is very well equipped. We love staying here. Even though it’s close to the town centre it feels quiet and has lovely view over the rugby field to the hills.

Good summer holiday in Keswick

The cottage is in an excellent location, good condition, clean and bright. All good and our preferred accommodation in Keswick. Being only two of us with one car there was plenty of room. It is ideal for us but of course everyone has their own priorities. Price wise it is about the going rate. We have stayed in Keswick many times in the last 10-15 years.

Lovely apartment in Keswick

Just spent a lovely week at 11, Howrah's Court. The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything needed to enjoy our holiday. The location is great, a short walk into the Town centre and the added bonus of being just over the road to Booths. Great parking too. Just wish the weather had been as good as the apartment! A lovely flat

The flat is in a great location, very close to Booths/bus station and with parking right outside the front door. There are lovely views of the fells from the living room, and the kitchen is very well stocked. No maps/walk books provided so do bring your own!

Great location, good facilities

Enjoyed a stay here with another family member. A great location, kitchen well fitted albeit would be small for 4 people. Lovely views from lounge. Personally I did not find either of the twin beds very comfortable but may just be me, as personal preference. Could do with some non-slip mats in bathrooms. Overall a very enjoyable stay again in Keswick and this is such a good place near the centre.

Excellent place

Our umpteenth stay here, which says it all! Everything is very satisfactory apart from a couple of minor quibbles which are not worth mentioning. The situation could not be better, being two minutes from the best supermarket in the North and the bus station. The staff at Keswick Cottages were particularly helpful this year when we had problems with the key. Thoroughly recommended!
