Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at sitting area and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dinette, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Keszthely. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 3 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).
