Note: The elevator in the building is scheduled to be replaced sometime in the summer of 2024 and will be unavailable, exact dates have not been determined yet.

Super convenient condo just a few blocks from the core of Ketchum's shopping, restaurants, bars and festivals. This condo is in one of the newer upscale complexes Ketchum has to offer. The 2 bedrooms both featuring Queen beds has a very nice well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops that opens up to a living and dining area. The entire condo has heated hardwood and stone floors and a cozy gas fireplace. Additional amenities include wireless internet, cable TV with free Netflix, underground parking and elevator service. There is a mud room off the entry with extra storage, and a full-size washer and dryer. It's just 2 blocks to the Wood River bike path, the Big Wood River, and very near the River Run Ski Lift, so you won't have to go far to enjoy many of the area's activities! Also, a short drive North will take you to the Sawtooth National Recreation areas rivers, lakes, hiking and mountain biking trails, and lots spectacular scenery for all to enjoy!
