Located on Warm Springs Creek and just a 5 minute walk from the world class Sun Valley ski area lifts, this cozy condo is a great place to be for easy access to all kinds of hiking, biking, and skiing adventures.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. A full kitchen opens up to a dining room that looks out onto beautiful mountain vistas. Vibrant bedrooms and bathrooms make for a quaint space, and a fireplace in the living area creates a warm place for the family to gather. With incredible mountain views and sitting right atop Warm Spring Creek, this condo is truly at the heart of the beauty of Sun Valley.

Separate from each other but situated back-to-back, Prospector 204 and 205 can be booked together for extended families looking to stay close. Just steps away from the ski lifts, you will never be too far away from all Sun Valley has to offer! This complex has full use of the Prospector amenities, including summer-use pool tennis and pickleball court. *The Unit only allows parking for one vehiclee. No extra parking is permitted. Prospector property parking between March 19-29, 2025 WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 CAR PER UNIT ONLY.


Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.

Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning and there is no BBQ or deck space.
