Unit #21 is a recently remodeled 2-bedroom and 2.5-bath 1805 sqft condo with a 600 sqft wraparound balcony. This unit has direct sunset views and is one of the few vacation rentals on Key Colony Beach from which you can enjoy the sunset. The kitchen, living room, and dining area all have ocean views and enjoy an open layout for conversation and connection. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinet fronts, and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, to provide maximum privacy. The primary suite has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a double vanity, and a new walk-in shower in the ensuite bath. It also enjoys ocean views and access to the balcony. The guest suite has two double beds, a walk-in closet, a private door to the oceanfront balcony, and a bath has a large walk-in shower. The unit also has a powder room.

The condo has high-speed wireless internet, 3 TVs, full size washer and dryer, central a/c & heat. Access to the unit is via the elevator or stairs. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of towels, bed linens, pots & pans, etc. Reserved parking for one vehicle in the covered garage.

Key Colony Point is an exclusive, private oceanfront condominium complex with 31 units on over 3 acres. Reflective of its name, Key Colony Point is on a point with both southern and western shorelines. All vacation renters enjoy use of the landscaped grounds which include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, small swimming beach, sports court, and two areas for grilling.

All of our vacation rentals are privately owned and are rented through our dedicated onsite vacation rental office. Our vacation rental offerings include 3 bedroom/3 bath multilevel townhouses or 2 bedroom/2.5 bath single level condos in an elevator building. Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on the property. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc, and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday, all units have a max occupancy of 4-6 people depending on the unit. We do not allow pets.
