K's place was great! It was our family's first trip to the keys and we will definitely be back. Everything about K's place was as expected, if not better. The location within the yacht club, and on the island, was terrific. Everything was clean and roomy enough for our family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

This place is beautiful and clean! The owners were phenomenal. The check-in process was so easy. The person at the front gate was great. The pool was nice however, my kids LOVED the lagoon more! It was very peaceful! Everything is as described. I also loved the beds! They were comfy!

We had a fab time! Loved the apartment and the pool & lagoon. The host was really helpful when we struggled to check in, she phoned immediately.The only disappointment was the lack of recycling any of our rubbish or glass but maybe this is an area wide problem?

Neither the stove nor the microwave worked. The sink clogged, and when we informed the landlord, she claimed that we had deliberately shoved something down the sink to clog it (we did not). Claimed that we left the place a mess becasue there was makeup on one of the towels. Communication was not good. I have used VRBO for several years, and never had such a bad expirience with a property owner.

Fun and relaxing

This was a wonderful stay over 4th of July weekend. The property is secluded enough you feel you are part of a community. We loved the golf cart to scoot around the property. My teens loved swimming in the lagoon and were amazed at seeing the fish and wildlife. Community is close to restaurants and outings. Recommend bug spray at night. The host was kind and very quick to response before and during the stay. Only minor suggestion was to have a code to get past the gate. A few times the woman who worked the gate was on break and we had to wait up to 20 minutes to get home. Not a deal breaker but after a day on the ocean with sand everywhere, it was a long wait.

So many things to do

This was a good place for family gathering, and yet having some privacy. It was centrally located to everything including a day trip to Key West and to Miami. There was something there for everyone. Very comfortable. Three full baths were wonderful.

The condo was pristine and appointed with plenty of supplies. The layout was great for our family to spread out, I enjoyed the downstairs stay. Stairs are steep for those with difficulty on stairs. We enjoyed the surroundings with the lagoon access and the golf card ride out to the point for fishing.

Best place in Key Largo

We had a great time! Unit was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Location and views of the lagoon and beach were great. Golf cart was a nice amenity. Owner was very responsive to all any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location

Home well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and community was safe and gated. Only drawback were the stairs for we older folk, therefore, 4-stars overall. Could use more cushions for balcony chairs. Otherwise it was a great stay in Key Largo.

Quiet retreat

Close to the Wedding Venue and Everything Else

Our family came to Key Largo for a family wedding - at the time of booking, little did we know the venue was less than a mile away. Our host was very responsive and helpful to our questions. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the pristine pool that was less than 100 steps way from the 2nd floor porch. The layout ensured each family had privacy and plenty of room.

Fun stay in the Keys

Nice property. We had some issues with the gate after hours, but the manager came immediately each time to let us in. We enjoyed the lagoon with the floating rafts.

4 day trip

We had a great time! Property was as advertised and owner was easy to work with. Air took awhile to cool down upon arrival. Would have been nice to have the air on before we got there. Other than that, everything was perfect.
