Wonderful little slice of island paradise! The small cottage and property were nice, cozy, and a great price. Nothing fancy or brand new. We stayed in the Williams cottage and loved our own, private porch and a place to cook if we wanted to make our own meals. The property grounds were tropical with lush plants and landscaping and small pool. The property had breakfast in the morning, which was nice to have a quick bite. There was also ice with filtered water available near the office, providing convenience and keeping us hydrated without having to use a lot of water bottles. We would recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, reasonably priced space that provides a quiet, private space.

Booked the Hemingway cottage. Was advertised as having a full size refrigerator- it wasn't. Advertised on site and street parking- 2 spaces on site is what they have. Everything else is street. When we told them there were ants, we were informed that it's the season for them.

Late check in was a breeze. Grounds were peaceful, beautiful and quiet. A little slice of paradise! We were in the Artist room. Perfect, quaint, clean. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks. Anywhere. To hang towels, etc. Hooks are a girls best friend. We will definitely be back!!

Great little place

Cute little resort that’s not too far from all the action of duval street. Could walk but not in the hot summer. Cheap fast uber ride if needed. Room was spacious and clean. Some of the furniture is outdated and the pool is a bit small. Otherwise great stay!
