La Concha is a very nice Hotel, located in a great spot on Duval St, accessible to whatever you may want to do while in Key West. We enjoyed breakfast at Perla, and the rooftop outdoor pool and lounge areas, as well as the rooftop pool bar. We had one issue during our stay with housekeeping but this was handled by the manager, and we had no further problems. There is a shop onsite for snacks and such, and a nice coffee shop onsite. The Mojito bar is fabulous as well. On the main level, there are many comfortable seating areas to take a rest between activities. It is a historic hotel and there are little touches within the rooms and the hotel, such as framed artwork in the rooms, and vibrant colored accent walls as a nod to the colors of Key West. We enjoyed our stay. Note that check in time is not until 4pm or after, so if you arrive early, they'll store your bags, and you should plan activities or the beach to keep you busy until check in time.

Go see Giorgio at the Mohito Bar in the hotel. This man can make the Worlds Best Mohito and Rum Old Fashioned you have ever put your lips on. The location doesn’t get better in Key West. And the heated pool is perfect!!

Despite being an Autograph Collection property we had peeling ceiling in hallways - could see crumbling external walls from hall windows on floor and housekeeping didn’t come one day and I had to call the front desk for towels and room straightening the remaining three days of our four day vacation. Would have expected more from a Marriott autograph property.

Customer service was terrible. We had an issue with noise in our room, it sounding like an industrial washing machine spinning at top speed throughout parts of the night and day. It was loud enough to wake me up and prevent sleep. The staff was incredibly dismissive of the whole issue, failed to communicate or fix the problem, and left us feeling like they didn’t consider our issue important at all.

The bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade. The sink didn't drain and the shower needed a proper cleaning. Zero water pressure in the shower. Being located on duval they really need to upgrade the windows to something a little more sound proof. I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor and the noise was too much. The value just isn't there.
After every use it took 10 minutes for water to go down.
Broken toilet seat.

The room was beautiful and spacious which we loved. Did not like that. The AC would not go below 71°. However, the hotel provided a fan, which was helpful. Additionally, and not sure if it was just in our room, but we had an RV sized toilet, which was not ideal. The shower needs new tiling as it was cracked and leaky. It’s an older hotel so understandable, but overall very nice stay with excellent staff.
